Club Kaliente is an exciting new concept in Chicago Night Club entertainment bringing a high quality nighttime entertainment experience into the bario where we all live.  

 

If you are a highly motivated people person with a great personality then you are the person we are looking for. 

There's no room for bad attitudes at Club Kaliente just people that understand that the customer is the reason we are here and through exceptional customer service, treating each customer as a very special invited guest, the customers will return and bring their friends as well as increase your tips.

 

We currently have openings for:

 

Bartenders/Waitstaff:

 

 

As a waiter you will be the most visible person on our team.  You must be able to come to work every night with a smile.  Welcome every guest and provide them with top level service as if every guest is a VIP...because at Club Kaliente every guest is a VIP.

 

Bar Back/Coat Check:

 

 

Your responsibilities will be to assist every guest with any coats or items they would like to check for safe keeping.  In addition to this task you will run supplies, liquor and beer to restock the back bar.  You will also check the restrooms to make sure they are fully stocked and clean.

 

Street Team:

 

 

If you’re a people person and find it easy to start a conversation with just about everybody you meet then this job is for you.  Your job will be to visit concerts, events and other bars and clubs to invite people to come to Club Kaliente.  The Street Team Member is an ambassador spreading the word in the street about the club.  You will not only be paid for having fun but also be given an allowance to buy drinks for people while you’re out.

 

Security

 

A Security Officer at Club Kaliente must be able to provide for a safe and secure venue in which our customers feel safe and free to have a good time.

The role of Security at Club Kaliente is one of Conflict Resolution rather than the brute force employed by the Bouncers of the past.

 

We look to resolve conflicts so as to avoid unpleasant disturbances in the club.

Ideally the right candidate for this position would have experience in either law enforcement or another related security field.

Performers

 

Club Kaliente is always in search of fresh new performers to give our shows an exciting, fresh edge that is completely different than any other club.

Our goal is to be a premier entertainment destination.  One of the ways we do this is by featuring Bands/Groups on all levels, from those just starting out to nationally and internationally known bands and groups.
